PeopleAdmin Inc., an Austin software maker, has acquired Kansas-based Netchemia LLC.
PeopleAdmin issued a Thursday announcement indicating the two businesses will “combine,” suggesting a merger. The combined company will operate under the PeopleAdmin name. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
